With all of that having been said and now out of the way, it is important to note that 75% of workers said that they wanted to continue to have the option to work from home if they needed to according to a study published by DeLoitte Some of the most widely cited benefits of working from home include having more time to spend with family, improved physical and emotional wellbeing as well as an improvement in their relationships with colleagues along with supervisors.
However, working from home appears to be an idea with a lot that can support it, and that means that employers might be forced to make a decision that might upset an already strained labor market.
Many companies started offering work from home options because of the fact that this is the sort of thing that could potentially end up allowing people to continue to be productive without having to put themselves at risk of contracting the virus.
