The role will lead on high level plans and projects, driving innovation and improvements throughout. Responsibilities This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to make a difference to the staff and volunteers in our organisation across the UK. We're looking for a Senior Internal Communications Officer to work closely with the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to help develop and deliver on our current Internal Communications & Engagement strategy. You'll be joining a fantastic team who are passionate and dedicated to delivering the best possible communications for our staff and volunteers. You'll play a key role in leading on major projects and ensuring our organisational key messages are successfully cascaded across the organisation. You will line manage three members of staff who will work with you to transform our internal communications, whilst also working alongside our Staff Engagement Officer and Staff Insights Analyst to ensure we're listening and acting on staff feedback. You'll be enthusiastic and always keen to improve your work, to make a bigger impact on the people we support. The role can be remotely based. However, occasional travel to Change Grow Live sites will be required. We welcome applicants that are located anywhere in the UK.
