We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer/ Thumbnail Specialist to join the Playmaker team. This candidate should be an expert in creating Thumbnails to entice viewers and have extensive graphic design experience with a focus on sports and pop culture. Responsibilities • Create graphic templates and guidelines for Playmaker designers to use and follow • Create Thumbnails for Snap that will optimize for increased click-through rate • Ensure premium quality thumbnails are out for Playmaker’s snap shows • Measure key performance indicators and provide suggestions on what can be improved • Manage additional graphic designer/s in the creation of thumbnails. Requirements and Qualifications • High-level understanding of click-through image optimization. Image Data Analysis. • High-level communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to create unique content • Exceptional creative skills • Proficiency in graphics editing software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Comprehensive understanding of marketing, social media, and content best practices
