job summary: Our client- an IT Solutions Provider- is looking for a Tier 2 Helpdesk Support person for a client in MILL VALLEY, CA. This is a contract to hire oppportunity. You will be responsible in providing Level 2 technical support to customers via phone and onsite while also completing recurring weekly and monthly account management tasks to execute defined IT Strategy. 5-10 years experience. 3-4 days ONSITE in MILL VALLEY and 1-2 days remote. location: Mill Valley, California job type: Contract salary: $28 - 35 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Randstad is looking for candidates to help with the growing needs of one of our customers in Mill Valley. Professionalism and communication are key requirements for all candidates. This role will deal with both phone / remote support via a call-in or ticketing system as well as onsite assistance. 3 Days/week ONSITE IN MILL VALLEY, 2 days/week remote.
