An large client in the Nashville area is looking to hire a fully remote Tier 1 Help Desk Technician. This person will be working with a team of 7 other technicians providing internal support and answering 20-30 calls a day. The shift will be from either 9-10 am CST to 6-7 pm CST. Minimum Requirements 2 years help desk experience in fast paced environment Troubleshooting experience Windows issues, network issues, computer not turning on Ticketing system experience Service Now, Jira, Remedy Active Directory experience Ability to document Excellent communication skills Desired Skills Epic Experience
