We are a mobility solutions software development company that is looking for experienced and motivated candidates, who are tech savvy to work in our Support Center. Our Support Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a need to fill second shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking inbound calls from various clients Recording all issues via a ticketing system Calling users (as needed) Escalating more complex issues to senior staff (as needed) Responding to emails and client chats Participating in group chat environments as a resource Learning new clients Remain positive and courteous throughout your shift Requirements include: computer/software knowledge and experience Must be able to follow specific directions with attention to detail; must be conscientious. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Customer service oriented. Answer all incoming calls as presented. Problem analysis and problem solving skills. Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to handle stress. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong personal leadership skills Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Fluency in Spanish or French a plus Must have experience working in a high intensity call center Must successfully complete a proficiency test Must have the ability to type at least 32 words per minute Experience taking 50+ calls per day Experience handling 50 emails/chats per day Must be at least 18 years old Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent Must have at least 3 years of /or technical support experience Cisco agent experience a plus We offer paid training, free benefits, paid time off and more.
