RESPONSIBILITIES: A Kforce client in Allentown, PA is seeking a Sunquest LIMS Support Specialist in a fully remote setting. This position will provide operations support for legacy Sunquest and CoPath systems. Duties include: • Sunquest LIMS Support Specialist will test builds, instrument interface installation, report monitoring, EMR system interface error correction, and helpdesk call resolution • Candidate will also be heavily involved with full circle testing of new systems being installed Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: • Three s of experience troubleshooting and resolving support tickets for Sunquest SCC Soft 8.0 and Co Path • Understanding of workflows for LIS systems • Researching issues with orders in Lab, pulling transaction data and working with other teams (Operations and EMR) to coordinate resolutions • Investigating data transfer issues Requirements Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
