Position: APPLICATION & SOFTWARE SUPPORT | Day Shift • APPLICATION & SOFTWARE SUPPORT • * Be part of an Australian health-tech software company whose mission is to deliver Digital Health to clinics and patients. • ABOUT THE ROLE: • * In this exciting phase of growth, we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team as we expand and provide exceptional service to more happy customer • This role is multifaceted role responsible for the companys customer journey- onboarding, support and training. • RESPONSIBILITIES: • * Assist new customers with the setup of their system and data migration from previous systems • Respond to customer support queries • Create new support articles, maintain and expand knowledgebase • Working with the product team to troubleshoot potential issues. • Become familiar with our software and any new features. • Internal testing, gather and share customer feedback to the product team. • Help out the software team with various administrative tasks. • Develop an understanding of the health-medical software industry and the different software available. • Build relationships with clients, conduct account reviews and follow-ups with existing clients on a regular basis. • Responding to customer enquiries via our communication channels including social media. • REQUIREMENTS: • * Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience experience in IT Support with focus on Software application (level 2). • Good understanding of Excel and the different application databases. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Outstanding customer service skills. • Tech-savvy, fast learner. • Enthusiasm, confidence, positive in presenting to a group of people. • Strong documentation skills with high attention to details. • Ability to manage and field customer enquiries with confidence. • Punctual, organized and attention to detail. • Prior experience: Customer engagement on the Social Media platforms (Facebook/Instagram). • Prior experience: Dental industry is desirable but not necessary. • Work ethic with the ability to multitask, in an organized and coherent manner. • WORK DETAILS: • * Shift: Mondays to Fridays/ Saturday, 6:00AM- 3:00PM (PH Time), with possibility of rotating shifts in the coming months after onboarding. • Location: Makati | Work from Home Until Further Notice • Status: Open to Full time and Contractor Job Types: Internship, Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • Application support: 5 years (Preferred) • IT support: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
