CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a healthcare operating system company in the Lewisville area in an exciting DIRECT HIRE, REMOTE opportunity for a team of Provider Support Specialists! Job Title:Provider Support Specialist Duration of Assignment:Direct Hire (become this company’s employee from day 1!) Location:100% remote, but will be required to go on site to Lewisville for first 3 weeks of training Pay:$44,000-$50,000 per year based on experience Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Job Description: Support nursing home facilities and providers in resolving technical issues with the company’s proprietary software. Receive tickets via email and log these into the customer support tool. Determine whether the issue is a software bug, result of configuration issues, or customer understanding. If the issue is resolvable, then assist them or escalate to the technical team as needed. Communicate resolution to the customer and document. Duties & Responsibilities: • Resolve customer tickets by analyzing the customers complaint, investigating data and setup scenarios in our software and reviewing system documentation to determine root cause, and then updating operating system on the customers behalf or directing the customer how to resolve the issue • Communicate ticket status and resolution process to our customers using well-written emails that communicate empathy and help customers resolve their issue or understand what actions our team is taking to assist • Communicate and diagnose root causes by communicating with teams inside and outside of Product Support and raise issues where resolution cannot be determined to Tier II support • Train other product application support specialists. Requirements: • Customer resolution/help desk ticket experience for a healthcare software company - experience assisting providers, facilities, especially. • 1+ year(s) of experience in the medical field - medical terminology exp. needed • Healthcare/EMR system software/operating system trouble shooting experience • At least 1 year experience in a application/software support style position • Attendance and promptness are extremely crucial for this role - no requests for time off in the first 90 days • Strong understanding of medical terminology Application Process Includes: • Drug Testing • Background check • Interview Process For immediate consideration, please send your resume to and write "Provider Support Specialist" to the subject line.
