Oxford Solutions has client with a contract opening for a Help Desk Specialist to support 2nd shift (midday). Open to work from home / remote for someone in Greater Pittsburgh, PA region. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2ND SHIFT (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM). 3 to 6 month contract to start. Must have at least 1 year of IT and/or help desk support related experience. In this role, you will respond to telephone calls and email requests for technical support for an enterprise business IT service center. Duties will include: • Diagnose, identify and analyze technical issues • Resolve basic issues at the Tier I and Tier II levels or route tickets to next level of support • Document all issues in the tracking database. • Participate in application deployments and upgrades as needed • Participate in dispatch and inventory control of enterprise IT hardware Requirements • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in IT-related field • At least 1 year of IT experience required with excellent customer-facing skills • Experience supporting an enterprise or large corporation • CompTIA A+ certification a plus • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor 2nd Shift (midday) - Pittsburgh, PA (Work from Home) US - Enterprise - Help Desk Specialist - 25360
