An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote 3rd Shift Service Desk Analyst. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support with strong supporting documentation Interact via telephone, e-mail and one on one with customers to perform diagnostics and resolve technical problems Provide first level ey resolutions to customer issues utilizing a knowledge base Position Requirements Include: 6+ months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role High school diploma 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional industry Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Active Directory Experience Desktop and Laptop hardware support experience
