Overview: AMLI Residential has an excellent job opening for a PC Support Analyst (Helpdesk). The person in this role will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate hardware and software issues for all AMLI personnel. The PC Support Analyst will be the initial point of contact for all company applications, PC, and technical issues. Duties Include: Effectively solve IT support incidents promptly and follow up on unresolved incidents daily until completed.Utilize working knowledge of all AMLI's systems and software to advise and assist end-usersAssist with the testing and evaluating of new software and systems; provide feedback and support from testing through implementation.Create documentation, including end-user guides and knowledgebase documents for common issue resolutionParticipate in an on-call rotation every fourth weekend EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS: Flexibility to Work from Home - up to 2 days a weekHigh School Diploma or GED required BA/BS degree in Information Technology desired but not required. 1 years of experience in computer support. Experience in multi-family real estate is a plus.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 technical support and use. Fundamental understanding of computer systems, networking, and technical systems.Travel required for annual department meetings. Periodic in-city travel associated with remote site upgrades and installations may be required.
