IntelliBridge is looking for a Computer User Support Specialist to support a federal client. This position is exempt. Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance to computer users. • Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. • May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Required Qualifications: • Junior: 1 year of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Journeyman: 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Senior: 4 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • SME: 7 years of relevant experience + Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Additional years of experience may be substitute for the degree. Location: N/A. This position is 100% remote.
