The IT Support role is a level 2 technical support position with the primary function of supporting all IT needs. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Duties and Responsibilities Phone, chat, email. remote support Desktop hardware and software applications Coordinate all aspects of functionality for PC, laptop, printer, and scanner Providing technical support for a multi-site environment Providing technical support for special projects Selection Criteria Minimum requirements Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Must be willing and able to be a team player, and learn new products, processes, and procedures. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills Customer service skills CompTIA A+ Certified.
