The IT Support, reporting to the IT Manager, will work closely with the People & Culture team to help EG make the next leap in its growth strategy. The product roadmap will be to take control over all hardware assets and build an actual inventory and shipping platform to match the needs of the contemporary distributed corporate entity. Role Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for all company IT functions • Oversee system of hardware and software distribution • Manage internal communications application platforms (Google Workplace, Slack, Jira,Checkpoint, etc) • Build and maintain accurate lists of IT inventory via Freshservice • Interface with HR and Security organizations to provide great employee experience while delivering secure, managed network • Onboarding / offboarding employees • Maintain IT Ticket portal for inbound requests (Freshservice) • May require working during non-business hours and on weekends • Other tasks as required Education & Experience: • University or College Degree in Computer Science or a related experience • 1-2 years of related professional experience • Experience working with Google Workspace, Slack and Jira required Skills & Abilities: • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. • Possess strong business acumen with an understanding of the link between business needs and IT operations. • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization, from executive to associate level • Proven track record in working with multiple initiatives at the same time and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and coordination • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work under tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working with Mac and PC platforms What We Offer We offer you the opportunity to join our highly collaborative, remote team.
