Position Summary: IT Support Specialist • As IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for managing hardware and software for a global remote team and providing them technical support. • Full-time, 100% remote • Best-in-class benefits & work flexibility • Reports to: IT Support Supervisor Responsibilities • Participate in the onboarding of new employees by providing them with the appropriate hardware and software, managing delivery and purchases as required. • Receive and ship computer equipment and manage a hardware depot. • Create new and maintain existing user accounts in AzureAD. • Collaborate with the core technology group to maintain the company on premise and cloud-based infrastructure including AzureAD, GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, AWS, VPN, and Perforce. • Provide remote support for employees for software and hardware issues. • Maintain hardware specifications and inventory, and software licenses and memberships. • Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and employee guidelines. • Proactively explore solutions to make IT processes more efficient. Required Qualifications • Experience in an IT support role • Working knowledge of AzureAD and GSuite administration • High degree of self-motivation and initiative • Well-organized and maintains high standards even under pressure • Ability to adapt to change • Good communication skills Desired Qualifications • Familiarity with hardware and software used in the game development industry • Desire to learn new skills • Great interpersonal skills •
