We are looking for a remote technical support engineer available in the GMT timezone that can be used as overflow to deliver customer support to a busy helpdesk. This initially will be overflow between 2-8 hours per week. The individual will become a trusted remote resource in our team, a contractor who we integrate, and someone who if this is successful we will utilise more as time goes on. Currently focus will be on desktop based issues, and the engineer will escalate any issue that appears to be server side back to our team. Typical issues we need you to have STRONG support in; Outlook OneDrive, Sharepoint, 365 in general Printers Various update related issues Office User Help User based queries such as stuck with signatures, opening file types AV Scans etc To start with we will seek your availability and book you to investigate calls via remote tools. Training on our systems given. We are looking to build a relationship with someone who although a contractor, would become a known face with our employees. Fluent English.
