IT Support Officer - Remote Immediate Opening: IT Technical Support Executive will support and maintain our company’s computer Software systems. Your skills are an asset to the company, as you assist in resolving technical issues concerning company software infrastructure. Technical support will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems. An ideal candidate will come with a below mentioned skill set and say “YES” to the following: •Team Player • Dependable • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • Confident and articulate in detail • Positive attitude • Own responsibility • Idea driven detailed report • Communicate clearly and effectively • Answer phone calls pleasantly and efficiently • Motivated and have an internal need to succeed • Tech savvy and use technology to implement solutions Preferred Knowledge, skill, and Qualifications • Comfortable working in and assisting others through Google Workspace, Security of emails, Security of google drive, Bitrix (collaboration platform) & Jot Form (Final Platform) • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field is preferred • 1-3 years of relevant experience • Time- management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutions. What will you be accountable for: • Complete detailed report listing requests for technical assistance steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates /individuals involved • Act as an initial point of contact for all computer and system related concern. • Assist Management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage. • Maintain a working log detailing all required systems updates, as well as the date of completion. • Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks Our culture is for team players who care and love to share.
