We are looking for an IT Support or Help Desk person to provide technical assistance with computer system, hardware and software. Duties and responsibilities are: •Serve as the first point of contact for team members and clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. • Provide accurate information on IT products or services • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the team members and clients Qualifications: • A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. • A technical, logical thought process • Problem-solving skills • An ability to stick to strict deadlines • Good oral and written communication skills • Experience researching, analyzing and interpreting automated system problems • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support Education: College degree with substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely related areas: • Information Technology • Computer Engineering
