Come help us lead the revolution Work incoming support desk tickets · Onboard/Offboard employees · Setup new computers, migrate data, programs, full workstation setup · Spec and purchase equipment · Solve hardware and software problems · Support software and line of business applications · Assist with planned projects · Work collaboratively and effectively as part of our five-person team and growing. · Seek out improvements in the IT environment · Document network information (we document everything, so if you like good documentation and pride yourself in creating great documentation you will be a good fit) · Accurately record details of work performed as it is completed · Report updates to team lead, ask for help or guidance when needed · Continually absorb and learn new technical skills Requirements Patience as it relates to performing support services in person and over the phone · Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain technical concepts to varying levels of end-users · Excellent communication skills while using remote tools, screen share, chat, in person, on the phone · Friendly, kind, and seeks to please · Customer service driven · Loves to learn and find areas where they can bring improvements to the organization · Motivated by the feeling of satisfaction after a job well done · Ability to talk technically with varying degrees of technical/nontechnical contacts · Strong listening skills · Must work well in a team environment, ready to share your experience; collectively and cooperatively deliver high-quality services to our users. · Self-motivated, go-getter attitude, excellent work ethic · 1-2 years’ experience with Desktop Support · Information Technology and Help Desk experience · You are expected to have reliable transportation & ability to lift 40 lbs. · Ability to work from home and in the office. Technical Skills: · Desktop Hardware & Software mastery · Windows 10 setup, troubleshooting, maintenance & upgrading · Mac OS setup, troubleshooting, maintenance & upgrading · Linux OS setup (will train) · OS Upgrading · Deployment of hardware and full computer setup to end-user · Software installations, customizations, data migration, setups & backups · Active Directory · Cloud Experience · Office 365 (user setup, edits, management) · OneDrive/SharePoint · Documentation and planning · Professional development training encompassing but not limited to willing to learn Windows Server administration, VMWare administration, Backup testing, Office 365 administration, Networking.
