IT at Coalition is accountable for creating, implementing, and assisting the technology and systems our employees use daily. We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Tech who will assist the on-boarding and off-boarding process. Additionally, this person will provide excellent technical guidance to our increasing global team with a key focus on the customer experience. Responsibilities • Assist the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process • Guide and assist IT hardware including end user Macbooks and desk technology (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.) • Provide technical aid for SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Confluence, etc. • Maintain documentation around IT systems, processes, and knowledge base articles • Provide quality end user assistance via ticketing system • Guide computer repair requests Requirements • 1-2 years of combined experience in IT Help Desk/IT Support Specialist related roles • Some college coursework or equivalent work experience • Experience troubleshooting and resolve hardware & software issues on macOS • Experience handling multiple priorities with a high level of detail • Experience assisting SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Okta, O365, JIRA, Confluence, etc. • Experience guiding inventory, provisioning Mac laptops, and assisting the onboarding/offboarding process • Experience troubleshooting wireless network connections and VPN connections • Solid knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, etc. • Excellent customer service & communication experience • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area Bonus Points • Experience guiding users in Identity and Access Management systems like Okta • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals • Good knowledge of IT security top practices • JAMF management experience Why Coalition?
