Our client, a Manufacturing Company in Williamsport, PA is looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator. If you have 5-7 years' experience in providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology systems, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities • Installations of computers, monitors, printers and software • Keeping company informed of unusual events and end user outages • Use of remote access tools like Team Viewer supporting work from home or remote associates • Primary job is the day-to-day support of assigned helpdesk tickets - 75% helpdesk tickets, 25% strategic assignments • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications • 5-7 years experience working on helpdesk or system administrator • Strong teamwork mentality • Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills - Infrastructure-oriented challenges- troubleshooting skills and solving related problems er level • Intermediate networking skills including, troubleshooting network problems, PC connectivity and debugging, DNS, DHCP to include remote users • Experienced in networked printers, file shares and Cisco hardware • Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows 2019, Windows Hyper-V and failover clustering • Diagnose and resolve monitor repairs to computers and printers • Experience with Microsoft 365 • Experience with Smartphones (IOS and Android), Surface Pro & laptops/desktops • Zebra, Cannon printers, Symbol, Client Scanners, Client handheld devices, MS Visio and Project, Powershell scripting desired but not required Pay: $45,000 - $60,000 DOE Hours: Flexible, On-Call hours Qualified?
