As an IT-Jedi-Master, you have the drive and passion to elevate our IT support to the next level! With your current knowledge in desktop support, and an appetite to learn, you are a key player in helping us infuse flavor across the galaxy! You understand that providing great service expands beyond simply addressing requests as they come in; identifying the root cause of issues, coming up with creative and sustainable solutions, and executing preventative (and eventually predictive!) maintenance of our IT assets, all contribute to providing our team with seamless use of their technology. • Desktop Support: With light speed, you thrive on providing exceptional support to your end-users! You are omnipresent: whether it’s hardware, software, or voice/video, you are the “go-to” person for our team members. Always having the right inventory of supplies on hand, you resolve IT Desktop tickets thoroughly and quickly! All service desk requests are addressed appropriately, on time, every time. As we build our historical IT data, it will become your launching pad to create more robust preventative maintenance plans for the Desktop systems (and users!) you support. • 360 Degree Asset Management: You are the Jedi, the ‘guardian’ of Torani’s IT assets through its entire lifecycle. Your constant upkeep of our asset management system allows for easy access to accurate data & reporting on all our IT assets. This knowledge base will help you create a robust asset management roadmap. While your internal service is already stellar, as you put the power of this data to use, you’re able to raise the bar to new heights! • IT Ad-hoc Projects: As our company grows, our technology needs continue to become more complex and diverse. In partnership with internal IT teams and our external partners, you will assist with specialized IT projects as the needs arise. Building on your foundational knowledge, you will be integral to supporting Torani’s strategic initiatives and moving our technology projects forward. You are a Total Jedi now! • Have FUN! Minimum Qualifications: • Experience with IT asset management • At least 3 years of experience with Desktop Support • Windows Terminal Server experience • Experience building & configuring Laptops and desktop • Experience with VPN and remote access support • Experience with active directory • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint • Able to work afterhours or on weekends when needed? • Live in SF Bay area or willing to relocate at own expense • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship • Fluent in written and verbal English
