Position: IT Helpdesk Administrator (remote) STAND 8 is a global leader providing end-to-end IT Solutions. We solve business problems through PEOPLE, PROCESS, and TECHNOLOGY and are looking for individuals to help us scale software projects designed to change the world! Entertainment/Media company searching for on-site IT Helpdesk Administrator. This position will be long term and is 100% remote based opportunity. Experience • Experience: 1-5yrs+ • Enterprise experience preferable (experience supporting larger organizations) • Help desk/ • Great Customer Service / Phone Skills Skills Required • OS - intermediate to advanced knowledge and troubleshooting for Windows 10 & Mac OS • Networking (basic to advanced TCP/IP troubleshooting, connecting machines to network) • Experience performing Device Setup and Imaging. Working directly with end users to configure their laptop to their preferred settings. • Application Support (O365 suite - Outlook, Adobe) Duties • Logs in has calendar appointments, 7-9 per day, 45 minutes each. • New Device Setups or Refresh • Teams meeting but Camera Off • Also closes tickets, the tickets are software installs • All Windows and Mac OS support, installs, etc STAND 8 is a global leader providing end-to-end IT Solutions.
