We are looking for someone with great problem solving skills, independent, great customer service, good understanding of IT and not afraid to dive deep into IT and cybersecurity operations. The IT Helpdesk supports the IT Security Team in a variety of information security functions within the Information Technology Department. • Responsible for responding to client requests and performing troubleshooting/investigations • Generate monthly and vulnerability reports and distribute them to respective parties • Initiate and monitor vulnerability scans • Review Security alerts and investigate/escalate as needed • Continual and daily research on what is happening in the security world – threat levels, new exploits, vulnerability research, etc. • Attend IT and Security vendor training to learn tool support • Participate in the implementation of security best practices and platforms. • Become SME with various security tools and support our sales team with client presentations Job Requirements • English and Spanish speaking • 2+ years of experience working in IT and/or Information Security • "Can do and will get it done" attitude • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Must possess a strong team work ethic and attention to details • Highly organized work habits • Deliver tasks and reports on time • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently • Good knowledge of computer terminology • Ability to work remote and independently • Excellent research and troubleshooting skills Job Types: Internship, Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance • Referral program Schedule: • Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: • Commission pay Experience: • Spanish: 5 years (Required) • IT Helpdesk: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
