Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to fill a multiple function role with a primary focus on user administration, desktop security policies, and desktop support. The primary responsibility will be lifecycle management of user systems, troubleshooting software, networking, and application issues and ensuring that all systems run securely with optimal performance. This is a hybrid position with roughly 6040 split between on-site in our Atlanta Buckhead office and work from home. This is a challenging position with growth opportunity. You should have an excellent ability to multi-task and solve problems using your knowledge of Windows and MAC computer systems and computers in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities Provision and deprovision systems and users. Handle lifecycle management of desktop and software packages. Manage Bitcoin Depot applications, with a focus of keeping our team of skilled specialists operational.
