Service Now is the ticketing system but will look r systems, Looking for experience with Windows and Active Directory • Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of computers and related systems utilizing a ticketing system. • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic routines to identify problems relating to hardware, application software, and network communications. • Troubleshoot database and data issues and make recommendations for resolution. • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. • Guide staff or clients through a series of actions, over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. • Troubleshoot system and network problems. • Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults. • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. • Resolve password issues in AD, Okta (2FA), and other systems. • Help a multitude of users with printer and scanner issues, including but not limited to install drivers, troubleshoot problems, determine need for replacement if needed To apply please send your resume to Our direct client is looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk person. 100% remote.
