Our team in Reading currently has an opening for a Helpdesk Support YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: Updates and maintains user support systems for effective and efficient handling of End-User Support and Escalation Support Services. Reviews ticket data for stale tickets, unassigned tickets, and appropriate usage of the helpdesk support systems. Run and post Helpdesk ticket stats for dept and management review. Conduct End-User Satisfaction Surveys. Assist support services as needed and assigned (currently assisting with e-mail, Duo, AD, and spam).
