Job Description Full-time friendly, Helpdesk Service Coordinator and Dispatcher needed for fast-paced growing local Managed IT Services Company with multiple offices and a rapid rate of growth. The Helpdesk Service Coordinator and Dispatcher role is responsible for finding resources on all internal and onsite service-related tickets\calls. The position is responsible for the pace and control of the service tickets being dispatched out to available Onsite and\or Service Desk Technicians for remediation, along with assisting our helpdesk and sales team to find an appropriate resource to transfer\escalate eassign tickets to. Must have own vehicle for transportation to service calls and to get parts from local distributors along with valid Florida Class D License and Insurance. There is a small sales component to the job as clients require new hardware and software from time to time. This position also has a track record for future advancement into our service team, so a willingness to learn and grow is very much appreciated! Experience with a ticketing system is also a plus as we are extremely systems and process-oriented and utilize a CRM/Ticketing system. Full-time position mid shift between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.This position does have a career track and opportunity to move up, salary, benefits, commission, driving compensation, and retirement.
