Immediate opportunity for a Rockstar technical engineer to join our team in Sacramento, CA. • MUST currently • be located locally. This role performs Tier I/II helpdesk support, as well as systems monitoring, light server support and troubleshooting for various clients. We are looking for a self-driven individual that can work well in a team setting as well as independently. This position will be a primarily remote work from home role, with about 15 20% travel to client sites in and around the Sacramento area. The duties for this position include: • Work on support requests through incoming helpdesk calls and service ticket submissions. • Respond to client support requests within our defined Service Level Agreements. • Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical issues remotely with remote support tools and at client sites. • Basic site network troubleshooting. • Provide basic training on computer operation & management where required, documenting service requests and resolutions in our ticketing system, and scheduling resources of tasks and service requests. Skills needed: Desktop / Helpdesk Tier I/II support experience Must have excellent customer service & communication skills Excellent documentation skills Experience working within a ticketing system Strong desktop & laptop hardware systems and peripherals skillset and experience Wireless connectivity troubleshooting experience Windows 10/11 advanced experience Ability to solve complex hardware, software and OS issues Basic Windows server support Active Directory user/computer object administration Microsoft 365/Office 365 account support and administration Bonus points for: IT Managed Services Provider work experience Microsoft Teams Phone system user support and administration Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune experience Experience with Connect Wise Manage Experience with Barracuda RMM Backup solutions support and troubleshooting Advanced Windows Server support Advanced Network support (firewalls, switches, etc.)What's in it for you?
