$23\/hour Temp to hire - start date 8\/8\/22 8:30-5:30pm EST, 9-6pm EST or 10am-7pm EST This position is a trainee role that provides technology-related support (primarily telephone support) to laptop, email, web access, specific sales tools, and enrollment systems software, as well as providing support to policyholders and potential policyholders with technical issues related to their access of the Harmony enrollment system. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Identify and reso lve hardware, software or enrollment system issues in a professional and timely manner. • Document issues and solutions thoroughly for record keeping and trending analysis. • Adhere to, support, and promote Colonial’s data security policy • Support and promote team work in meeting departmental goals and with all interactions with team mates. • May perform other duties as assigned. Job Specifications • Strong knowledge of computers, current Windows Operating system versions and Microsoft office suite. • Ability to troubleshoot hardware\/software issues. • Strong knowledge of the Internet and connectivity support. • Excellent communication skills. • Customer service experience. • Good judgment and ability to think logically.
