RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: • Provide support for service requests received by the Help Desk. • Provide end user support for personal computers, operating systems, application and basic network troubleshooting and problem resolution. • Provide technical assistance and training to system users. • Diagnose application problems and take remedial actions or recommend procedural changes. • Provide support to staff and customers by responding and following-up on internal and external customer support issues. • Maintains support tickets in ConnectWise. • Responsible for escalating trouble tickets, as needed. • Install or modify computer and network hardware, software and peripherals. • Author knowledgebase articles for the self-service portal. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with networked personal computers, Windows 7 and Windows 10. • Strong verbal and written communications skills required; must effectively communicate the technical findings or recommendations to a non-technical audience; ability to produce concise and accurate written documentation. • Track record of excellence with problem resolution through independent troubleshooting and teamwork. • Develop and maintain effective working relationships; applies courtesy, tact and discretion; uses interpersonal skills to build alliances to achieve objectives. • Self-starter with strong organizational skills. • SQL experience a plus. • Mac experience a plus. • Deltek Costpoint and T&E experience a plus. • Windows Server experience a plus. • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
