Position : Help Desk Technician Location: Columbus, Ohio (Remote) Duration: 6 month contact with extension (Fully Remote) Overview: • Responsible for receiving, resolving, escalating, and monitoring customer issues/requests. • The IT Service Desk Technician provides immediate assistance and problem resolution, whenever possible, for service inquiries concerning utilization and information regarding all computer systems applications, telephony and paging systems, personal computers and peripherals. • This is a high call volume position within the IT Service Desk utilizing Service Now for ticket management and a few remote capability tools. • Goal is 40+ calls per day. • This team supports PC and MAC devices so a good technical skillset base in both OSs ideal.
