Position: Help Desk Support Location: Remote, working PST Duration: 5 month project Must-haves - 3+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Support. - Experience supporting a Windows & Mac hybrid environment (25% Mac / 75% Windows) - Experience working in a White-Glove helpdesk service environment working with C-Level Executives. - Experience with Active Directory - Experience with JIRA Service Desk (Or comparable ticketing software) o Experience handling 15-20 tickets a day. - Experience working with the Microsoft Suite. - Extremely professional communication and very sharp. Day to Day Responsibilities One of Insight Global’s entertainment clients is looking for a Helpdesk Support to join their MTG (Media Technology Group) department . This person would be in charge of providing day-to-day support for client hardware and software issues pertaining to multiple devices on Windows and Mac operating systems. They would be providing support to over 900 end users ranging from C-Level executives to assistants, so they must be extremely professional and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in front-line client support, triage issues for level 2/3 engineers when needed, troubleshoot network problems, set up or repair computer systems and equipment, walk clients through computer issues, distribute software, assist with technology in conference rooms, and perform regular maintenance.
