We are now seeking an extraordinary individual to support our clients as a Help Desk Support Analyst (HDSA). The HDSA is the face of the company to our clients. The HDSA is responsible for supporting and resolving client issues and managing and securing all aspects of Sagacent's clients. The HDSA uses established processes and procedures to work and complete tickets most efficiently. This is a full-time position, and you’ll be working remotely from your home, which can be anywhere in the world where you have strong, reliable Internet. The ideal candidate should be strong in several areas: • Communication – Excellent speaking and writing ability • Problem Solving - Ability to quickly assess situations and implement solutions • Team Work - We function as a tight group, all working together and supporting one another • Computing – Must have strong computer support and troubleshooting skills. You will be supporting largely desktops, laptops, Windows, and Office apps and doing end-user helpdesk support. • Managed Services Tools - we use Connectwise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, and point solution protects. • Self-Starter - Do you thrive in small company environments?
