Apex Systems is looking to hire multiple Helpdesk Support Specialists for one of their clients they support out of Charlotte, NC. • **This position is fully remote*** The client is looking to pay candidates around $18.50/hr. Top requirements: • 2+ years experience • Sharp communication • Basic computer knowledge • Customer service oriented • Active Directory is a plus Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: 100% focusing on password resets volume; this is a huge problem for them right now so this position will solely be focused on volume calls and figuring out why this has become an issue! Provides first level IT support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues. Escalates calls when appropriate. Writes concise, informative service tickets. Follows up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues through to resolution. Requires experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation. Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks.
