Title: Help Desk Location: REMOTE Type: Contract Length: 3 months+ Client with offices nationwide is seeking several Help Desk specialists for 12 month+ contracts with potential for conversion to perm. You will be answering technical questions over the phone from healthcare clinicians, and remoting into desktops as needed. Hardware (desktop, dual monitor, headset, webcam) will be provided. Initially the work will be Eastern time, 8 AM start time, but after 2-3 months, there will be flexible start times as the help desk supports users from 5 AM Eastern to 9 PM Eastern. There will be the opportunity to work flexible hours. Required Skills: 1) Customer service / call center experience 2) Some technical skill - either some professional IT support, recent certifications like A+, or recent technical degree.
