We are looking for a Service Delivery Technician with excellent technical and troubleshooting skills. The primary responsibilities are to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical computer issues for onsite and remote customers while providing an outstanding positive customer experience. This position is the second line of PC support and responsible for training and testing new technologies to grow the team’s productivity and efficiency. Pay for this position starts at $20.20/hr. Responsibilities • Provides efficient, courteous customer service focused on an outstanding customer experience. • Provide both hardware and software resolutions • Perform critical incident processes and all escalation policies and procedures. • Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. • Establish an individual growth plan for future career planning. • Work on selected projects to add innovative Minimum Requirements • 1-2 years of experience providing technical desktop help desk and/or support services • Possess extensive experience supporting a wide variety of hardware and software platforms, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Windows 7 & 10, OS X, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2013, Office 365 and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows Phone). • Background in service support, customer service or sales training. • Must be fully vaccinated subject to reasonable accommodation as required by law.
