Location: Myrtle Point Position: Epic Help Desk Support Start: 9/26 End: 12/9 Location: Charlottesville, VAOnsite/Remote: Fully remote Hours: Expect overtime, especially between 11/1 and 11/18 (project go-live is 11/1) Shifts: Should fall between 7am – 7pm M-F, but there is the possibility of weekend shifts Covid Vaccination: Required Job Scope/ Requirements: Serve as the front line of support in diagnosing and troubleshoot Epic end-user problems via telephone, voicemail or email. Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of the EHR configuration and workflow and working skills in keyboarding. Ability to communicate effectively in writing with non-technical end-users. Ability to enter and resolve trouble tickets in our automated tracking system. Basic ability to troubleshoot a variety of computing, software, printer problems and workflow issues surrounding the use and function of the EHR. Job Description Provides Communication for Management, Internal, and External Customers. Identifies, diagnoses, escalates and resolves customer problems with the EHR. Documents work notes appropriately in ticketing system. Coordinates problem resolution with other help desks in the Enterprise.
