• Assist in new computer build and setups (OS updates, Office 365 installations, customer software installs, domain assignment) • Computer upgrades (RAM, SSD upgrades, OS, etc) • Provision new VoIP phones • Receive inbound Help Desk phone calls and emails, document reported issues, troubleshoot, resolve, and document steps taken within a ticketing software. Example issues include: • Reset password request for multiple systems (domain user, Office 365, billing systems etc) • Slow computer performance • Email issues (attachments etc) • Access requests in billing system • VoIP phone troubleshooting • Printer troubleshooting • Specific ERP Software Support • Network Troubleshooting • Procurement of new / replacement equipment • Willing and eager to work towards A+ certification • Build network cables • Assist in network drops • VoIP phone installations • Onsite technical assistance (computers, phones, cables, cameras, network) for specific customers • Vendor management/coordination via phone, email and specific portals • Obtain quotes for internet service, alarm/security service, camera installation • Coordinate scheduling of services • Support vendor when onsite • Perform and send monthly checklists for supported equipment • Monitor network traffic and proactively look into potential problem Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekend availability Experience: • Customer support: 1 year (Preferred) • iOS: 1 year (Preferred) • Windows: 1 year (Preferred) • Basic Networks: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
