You will be tasked with handling operational tasks as well as providing technical support.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Provide remote Helpdesk support to end customers and usersFriendly and helpful on helpdesk phone calls, very personable on phone calls and understands you will be training customers as you are helpingDispatch and Provide onsite Helpdesk support to end customers and usersDiagnosing hardware and software problems on end-user PC work stations/lap-top computers, tablets,Troubleshoot and fix Microsoft Windows computers and serversCoordinate with 3rd party vendors for additional software supportResponsible for monitoring and ensuring successful completion of daily batch jobs, system backups, maintain schedules and update operator documentation.Remotely fixing network and local printer issuesManage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Email accounts. Create, delete and modify network and e-mail accounts; reset network passwords.Perform Microsoft Office installations and supportResponsible for tracking and managing physical computing device and printer assets via our managed CRM.As time permits, will assist and learn the fundamentals of monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting computer and basic network problems. Recommend and schedule repairs.Ensure deployed computing devices conform to standards. Ensure all systems comply with guidelines set forth in configuration, virus-protection and backup of all computing and network devices.Managed Disaster Recovery plans and testingREQUIREMENTS:2-4+ years of successful work experience as an entry-level help desk technician or equivalent in a Microsoft Windows environment.Familiar with monitoring Microsoft-based computer and server systems and performing basic system troubleshootingGood communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external contacts including vendors.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.Highly motivated in finding the most efficient and practical way of performing job duties.Easily adaptable to change and driven to professional advancement.Strong attention to detail.Keen sense of accuracy and quality of work.Should understand basic, commonly-used network computing concepts, practices, and procedures.Must Be:Willing to work hard every day, put effort inCarry a good attitude to work around others and at customer sitesGrow personally and grow with the businessSome Knowledge with Active Directory to create users accounts, resetting passwordsSome Knowledge and Experience with DHCP, DNS, Print management, and other server roles
