Job Description We are seeking a Computer Helpdesk Support person to join our team. You will resolve computer-related issues across many different disciplines for our clients. Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely • Setup new computers and devices such as printers, scanners, etc. • Preform basic tasks such as setting up user accounts, email accounts, joining computers to a domain. • Track customer issues and resolutions Qualifications: • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields • Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, Basic Routing, Active Directory, VPN's and Firewalls • Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet. • Ability to multi task • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Strong customer services skills are a must!
