I moved to Barry in early 2016 and needed to find professional serviced office facilities for my consultancy company, and the Business Centre was recommended to me by close friends here whilst I was on a US Business trip recently. On my return, I was taken down and introduced to Emma and was shown the facilities and the competitive contractual terms relating to tenancy. I was impressed with the set up and the layout of the building, range of office space, car parking and the courtesy of the staff. I have recently moved in and love the break out areas and the lovely distraction of Mel's Cafe plus having a gym on site. Having the option of at a later stage taking some storage units in the adjacent Masons buildings was also a factor. It's been a good first two weeks! We outgrew our office and needed a larger one which was managed very well by James & emma with no fuss and we moved into our new freshly decorated office within a few weeks of asking. The facilities are superb, Mel's cafe is an absolute God Send with a range of hearty and healthy food. There is also a range of conference rooms too which come in handy. Oh and Free Gym on site too, can't go wrong really! ***** 5 Stars from us and very much deserved. The Business Centre is perfect for our needs because of its excellent location, just off the M4 corridor and main routes into Cardiff as well as its proximity to local technology areas. The service we receive is second to none and we have never considered moving out, why would we when we have all the facilities at hand that we as a business need as well as some bonus features like the gym and excellent café. James and his staff are always on hand to help with any issues and ensures the smooth running of this facility. Crystal IT Services Ltd An all round professional service. Excellent understanding of the business environment and what a small business needs on a day to day basis. Willing to go that extra mile. The facilities are second to none and the location ideal. Nathan Griffiths We use the conference room for our weekly networking meetings. James, Emma and the team are always on hand to provide a first class support service to ensure our meetings go as smoothly as possible. Even though we meet at 6.30am there is always a member of staff on hand to help if we need last minute photocopying, tea/coffee or help with the installed technology such as WiFi passwords or the multimedia projectors. We highly recommend the Business Centre for meeting room hire or for conference facilities Victory Chapter GD Graphics Ltd has based itself at the Business Centre in Barry and is trading successfully from there. The Centre has excellent facilities, helpful staff and is a nice place to work. We have used a variety of the services on offer, starting with a virtual office, then moving it to a serviced office when the business grew. When we need to have large meetings or make presentations we make use of the meeting rooms available and pay by the hour for these. It's cost effective and works for our business. Our clients are always impressed when they come to the centre, both by the quality of the reception and the facilities available. Although there is a free on site gym, unfortunately we haven't made time to use it, though we really should, especially as there is an on site cafe serving hot food, sandwiches, cakes and great coffee. All in all I would highly recommend using the business centre, its cheaper than having an office in the city (Cardiff), its easy to get to, free parking and if you need to pop out you can get to Cardiff city Centre or the motorway in under 15 minutes. Graham Davies BLAM! Websites has been based at The Business Centre for coming up to a year now. The services provided by James and his team have been wonderful and very professional. The facilities available at the centre are great, with a onsite Gym and Cafe and kitchen facilities, with plenty of onsite parking. Beth Harrington Excellent facilities and support. Our sales budget in generating the calls you handle for us is staggering & grows annually , you don't want to know how much each call you receive costs us. Fortunately as this budget grows so does our turnover. Yourself & all your staff handle these costly incoming sales calls just perfectly & professionally. Many of these calls are now International with the added difficulties that presents. We've been with you so long now, most of the " girls " know our capabilities. I've lost track of the time we've been with you, but it certainly must be 5 + years. You've been a perfect extension of our operation, & we couldn't have grown without you. Ben North Due to business expansion we recently opened up a new office in Barry, we were fortunate to receive a recommendation for "The Business Centre" which is in the perfect location, near the M4 corridor & close to our clients main offices. The standard of service is second to none, plus there are added on-site bonuses such as a gym & cafe to name but a few.
